I found that it brought the zits to the surface of the skin very well, but you have to use a warm wash cloth to take care of them. Basically you should look for products with benzyl peroxide. I heard Regimen works well (see the 1st link below) There are other ways to get rid of acne, see the 3rd link.

i have it and it works really well.. it makes your face feel really clean and it's not all greasy like other stuff.. good for sensitive skin too..

Based on my personal experience it works really well for few months and for some people for a year or two based on your skin and how bad the acne is. And after that its effect will start decreasing to a point where its a total waste of money. If you have insurance its better to get dermatologist prescribed meds esp if your acne is really bad.
