Having problems cleaning arms of my couch. It is microsuede fiber and a cream color. What is the best solution

This is a cream colored couch and I do not want to leave more stainsHaving problems cleaning arms of my couch. It is microsuede fiber and a cream color. What is the best solution
You can rent an upholstery steam cleaner, follow the instructions that come with it, do the whole couch while you are at it. They also have a foam upholstery cleaner, you can buy it at most supermarkets, at Zellers, Target etc. Spray the foam onto the arms rub in with a clean sponge then rub it off with clean white old towels or a clean white cloth until the most of the stains are gone. In future try to use arm covers on your couch. I bought some cheap place mats and placed them over the arms of my chairs and sofa. Its easier to wash the place mats than to clean the furniture all the time.Having problems cleaning arms of my couch. It is microsuede fiber and a cream color. What is the best solution
I clean microfiber regularly and it's dead easy. I use a commercial product Prozyme+ that is an enzyme-based detergent as my go-to solution. If it's a specific stain then it may need a second cleaner specific to that type of stain. The stain comes out most easily when sprayed with the solution then brushed with a very soft upholstery cleaning brush. If you do not have one of those, just buy the softest standard toothbrush you can find and agitate the surface back and forth a few times. Then rinse and extract with an upholstery cleaning machine (like you can rent).
I bought a micorfibre recliner 2 years ago because the saleperson said it was easy to clean. What a load of bull!! Throw it out and buy leather-that's what I did.
